Company Dashboard
The Company Dashboard at /company/dashboard is your command center. It surfaces understaffed projects, pipeline spend, key metrics, active projects, top candidate matches, and recent activity in one view. If you don't yet belong to a company, the dashboard redirects you to the setup wizard.
Read the hero and alert banner
Goal: see at a glance whether any project needs attention.
- Open /company/dashboard.
- If a project has unfilled positions, a notice banner appears at the top — for example "[Project] is short N open position(s) — N AI-matched contractor(s) ready for review". Click it to jump straight to matches, or dismiss it with the ✕.
- The hero card greets you by name and switches between two modes:
- Team Capacity is Critical — when a project is understaffed, with Review N Matches and Post New Project buttons.
- Mission Control — when everything is staffed, with a View Projects (or Get Started) button.

Goal: track staffing and spend health.
The Pipeline Spend card (top right) shows this month's spend, Active Contractors, and Open Positions with utilization bars. Below the hero, a four-card KPI strip shows:

| Open Roles | Count of unfilled slots ("Hiring now" or "All filled"). |
| Active Contractors | People currently engaged. |
| Pipeline Spend | Spend this month. |
| Utilization | Percentage of slots filled ("X of Y slots filled"). |
Work your active projects and matches
Goal: act on the projects and candidates that need you.
- The Active Projects table lists each project with a staffing visualization (filled vs. open slots) and a status badge — Needs Attention or On Track. Click any row to open the project detail, or Fill Roles on a flagged project.
- The Top Matches card lists candidates ready for review with their match score. Click a match to open the candidate's marketplace profile.
- The Recent Activity card shows your latest events — contractors added, talent shortlisted, invites sent, and invoices issued or paid.
/company/dashboardMatch scores are computed in the background. If Top Matches shows "Scores computing…", check back shortly or open the Marketplace to run matching for a slot.
