Company Profile

Your Company Profile at /company/profile is where you manage how your company appears on the platform, complete corporate identity (EIN and address), and maintain your Work Environment (culture) profile. The page has two tabs: Overview and Culture & Values.

Admin only

Editing the profile — logo, description, corporate identity, and culture values — is a company_admin action. Company members can view the profile.

Update your overview and branding​

Goal: present a complete, trustworthy company profile.

  1. Open /company/profile on the Overview tab.
  2. Click the company logo at the top to upload or replace it (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5 MB). Use Remove logo to clear it.
  3. In the About card, click Edit to write your company mission and culture, then Save.
  4. Note the status badges in the header — Payment Verified, Identity Verified, or EIN verification pending.

Complete corporate identity​

Goal: provide the EIN and registered address required to post and verify.

  1. On the Overview tab, find the Corporate Identity card. If your EIN is missing it shows an Action required badge.
  2. Click Edit and enter your EIN (XX-XXXXXXX), Industry, Website, and registered address fields (Street Address, City, State / Region, ZIP / Postal Code, Country).
  3. Click Save.

An EIN is expected before you post public projects or invite talent, and the platform prompts you to add one if it's missing.

The right sidebar shows a quick Details summary (website, industry, size, rating) and an Open Roles card with your total open slot count.

Maintain culture and values​

Goal: keep your Work Environment profile and culture tags current.

  1. Switch to the Culture & Values tab.
  2. The Work Environment Profile card shows your four CVF archetype bars — Collaborative, Innovative, Results-Driven, and Structured — plus your primary archetype. If you haven't completed it, click Set Up Work Environment to open the culture setup.
  3. In the Culture Values card, type a value and press Enter (or click Add) to attach culture tags that help attract aligned talent.

Network visibility

Your Work Environment profile drives culture-fit scoring for every open role. Keep it accurate — this is the company half of every candidate's spider-chart overlay.
