Financial & Reports

The Financial area at /company/financial tracks budget, contractor spend, and invoices across your projects. The Reports page at /company/reports generates downloadable submission reports for candidates.

Track spend and invoices​

Goal: monitor budget health and invoice status.

  1. Open /company/financial.
  2. Review the KPI cards — Total Spend, Active Contractors, Pending Invoices, and Budget Remaining.
  3. In the Projects table, each row shows budget, spent, contractor count, and status with a budget progress bar.
  4. The Recent Invoices table lists invoice number, contractor, amount, due date, and status (paid, draft, sent, past due, void).

Drill into a project​

Goal: see one project's payments and people.

  1. Click a project row to open the drill-down panel.
  2. Review Budget Used %, the stats cards (Contractors, Open Slots, Filled, Status), the Payments breakdown (Paid, Pending, Remaining Budget), and the lists of people and invoices. Close the panel with the ✕.

Coming soon — Stripe Connect

Full payment rail integration is in development. The schema and stub endpoints are in place. When live, Stripe Connect will handle automated invoice generation, payout routing, and fee splits. This page will be updated with setup instructions when the payment rail is available.

Generate submission reports​

Goal: produce branded candidate submission PDFs.

  1. Open /company/reports.
  2. The reports table lists each candidate (or "Blinded Candidate" when names are hidden), the role/slot, generated and expiry dates, and a status — Queued, Processing, Ready, Failed, or Expired.
  3. Click Download PDF when a report is ready, or Regenerate for a failed or expired one.

Admin only

The Reports page is restricted to company_admin. Members see an "Access restricted" message. Download links expire 30 days after generation.
