Financial Administration

The Financial Ledger gives you a platform-wide view of recurring revenue, per-tenant subscription value, company engagement spend, and invoices. The page is organized into tabs — Tenants, Revenue, and Invoices — and refreshes automatically every 60 seconds.

Read the KPI strip

Every tab shares a header strip of key metrics:

  • Platform MRR — total monthly recurring revenue across active tenants (with projected ARR).
  • Active Tenants — number of tenants currently in an active state.
  • Active Engagement Value — combined monthly value of active engagements.
  • Avg MRR / Tenant — platform MRR divided by active tenants.
  1. Navigate to Admin → Financial.
  2. Review the four KPI cards at the top.
  3. Click Refresh to pull the latest figures on demand.

Review per-tenant revenue

The default Tenants tab lists every tenant with its plan, monthly MRR, status, Stripe customer linkage, and creation date.

  1. On Admin → Financial, stay on the Tenants tab.
  2. Scan the table for plan mix and status (Active, Trial, Suspended, Cancelled).

Analyze revenue and engagement

  1. Open the Revenue tab (/admin/financial/revenue).
  2. Review the Revenue Summary (MRR, active tenants, projected ARR, active engagement value).
  3. Use Plan Breakdown to see MRR contribution by Starter / Pro / Enterprise.
  4. Check Engagement Payouts by Status and Top Companies by Active Spend for engagement-level detail.
  5. The Expected vs Actual MRR by Plan table compares list-price expectations against actual billed MRR, with a variance column.

Manage invoices

  1. Open the Invoices tab (/admin/financial/invoices).
  2. Review the invoice list — invoice ID, tenant, plan, dates, amount, and status (Paid, Open, Overdue).
  3. To add a record, click Add Invoice, select a Tenant, enter the Amount, set the Invoice Date and optional Due Date, then click Create.

Invoices are records until Stripe is connected

Stripe Connect is defined in the schema but not yet wired to live payment flows. Until it is enabled, invoices are records you manage here rather than automatically generated and collected charges.
